New FAQ's

What we accept:

• Name brand clothing for men, women, teens, and kids.
• Better label shoes and handbags.
• Unopened beauty items.
• DVDs, CDs and hardback books.
• Decorating items such as pictures, frames, lamps, unique dishes, garden items, and linens.

What we DO NOT accept:

• We do not accept items brought into the store in garbage bags. We find these items to not be properly prepared and are unable to put them out on the selling floor due to wrinkling.
• Wedding & prom dresses
• Electronics
• Scrubs
• Maternity
• Kitchen appliances
• Outdated clothing
• Hardware type items
• Computer stuff
• Baby items such as strollers, high chairs, car seats, etc.
• Clothing that has a company logo on it.

 

CONSIGNING IS SEASONAL:

We accept Spring & Summer items January 15 thru June 15, and Fall & Winter July 15 thru December 15.

CONSIGNMENTS ARE ACCEPTED MONDAY THRU FRIDAY ONLY. Established consignors may use drop and run at any time. Items not in accordance with our standards will automatically be donated to the charity of our choice.

SIMPLE RULES FOR CONSIGNING:
1. Items need to be freshly laundered and wrinkle free. Please bring items folded nicely in a tote or laundry basket. We DO NOT accept items in garbage bags. Garbage bags = wrinkles, and our customers are not looking to iron their selections.
2. No missing buttons, stains, tears, etc.
3. No smoke or mothball scents.
4. In style, name brand items only purchased in the last couple of years.
5. Please do not bring us garage sale items that did not sell.
6. It is highly recommended that you visit our store prior to consigning to know the kinds of items that we sell, and to get an idea of how our items are priced.
7. Please presort your items. Take out any items with stains or any other flaw to save us time.
8. The better your items look, the more money we can help you earn! It is all about the presentation.

We will review the items and select what our customers want to buy based on our sales experience. Sometimes, there are things we cannot use. Please understand that the preferences of our customers must be our guidelines and do not take offense.

CONSIGNORS ARE PAID 50% of the selling price. Payouts are done during regular store hours. Feel free to shop with the money in our store, or take it to the mall!
