Owner, Kelly Wedehase, has been an avid consignment store shopper for nearly twenty years. “I love finding a treasure whether it be for my closet or my home. It is so much fun to find something you just can’t live without.” After working many years in an office, she decided to take a chance and turn her hobby into her work. The Revolving Closet was born in 2003.

The Revolving Closet expanded in May 2008 to a new location approximately 4 x as big as the previous spot. Located just four doors down from its previous home, the new and improved store has become a favorite shopping destination for locals and for summer tourists. Known for its great selection of quality merchandise, the store has many customers who come in specifically for new items as well. “I love mixing the new jewelry and accessories in with the previously-new items. It makes the shopping experience more fun and that way we offer something for everyone”, Wedehase says.

Kelly works at the store nearly every day. You will also find her daughter, Lauren, working at the store, and her mother, Melody.
